To make things easier you only have to complete one Form.

Embedded in the form is the "Competitors Declaration", please ensure you have read it, and the "Photographic/Media Consent", please ensure you have read it as well.

Paper Copies of the "Competitors Declaration" and the "Photgraphic/Media Consent" will need to signed at the the event as part of the registration process.

I declare that:

•In entering this event, I do so in the spirit of good competition and fair play for all
•I am aware of and familiar with the FITA and ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Rules and undertake to abide by these Rules
•I have read and understood the Rules governing this event as specified in the attached entry conditions sheet and I agree to fully abide by those conditions and by any rulings made under those rules by the Judges, designated Officials, the Organising Committee and/or the Jury of Appeal
•I am aware of and familiar with the ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Anti-Doping Policy and undertake to abide by that Policy
•I agree to submit to any required doping control tests
•I fully understand this declaration and its contents.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

(These are to be read in conjunction with the Entry Form and should be retained by the entrant)

ENTRIES and PAYMENT

Entries close on Friday, 23 April, 2010

Entries withdrawn up to Friday, 23 April, 2010 will be refunded, less 20% of the fees paid.

Entries withdrawn after Friday, 23 April, 2010 will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

Total Entry Fees must accompany the entry form, unless special arrangements are made with the Organising Committee.

LATE ENTRIES

Late entries will only be accepted up to Friday, 30 April, 2010 by and at the discretion of the Organising Committee and are subject to the availability of shooting positions. A late entry fee of 50% is applicable. No entries will be accepted after Monday, 3rd May, 2010.

FORMS
All competitors must complete the Entry Form together with the ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Photographic Media Consent Form and forward them with the appropriate Entry Fees.

Junior competitors who will not have an accompanying parent/guardian must complete an ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Parent/Guardian Consent Form and either supply it to their Team Manager or to the Organising Committee by or at registration.

Date of birth is required to be completed by all competitors except in the Open Divisions.

ACCOMMODATION
It is the competitor’s responsibility to arrange and pay for accommodation and meals. If the Organising Committee finds suitable accommodation or discounts, they will be listed on the SQAS website http://www.archerysqas.org.au

APPEALS
A $50 Appeal Fee applies and is required to be paid on the lodgement of each appeal. If the appeal is successful, the fee will be refunded. If the appeal is unsuccessful, the fee will be retained by the Organising Committee or refunded at its discretion.

CATERING
Lunches will NOT be available for purchase on practice day. For the target, field and clout days, lunches will be available and should be ordered and paid for on the day prior to shooting. If not ordered at this time, lunches cannot be guaranteed. Order forms will be provided. Lunches required on the first day of competition should be ordered on the day of official practice. Snacks, drinks, etc will be available during competition. Sausage Sizzle and refreshments will be available at Mount Petrie Bowmen after shooting has concluded.

DRESS REGULATIONS
Competitors are required to be neatly dressed in all white, club, RGB, national or other approved uniform.

Shoes or boots shall be worn at all times.

Camouflage clothing is not appropriate and is prohibited.

FIELD COURSE
Appropriate footwear is essential when shooting the field course. Archers may provide an Archer’s Agent for scoring and collection of arrows if they are not fully able.

MEDALS
Medals will be awarded in accordance with the minimum requirements of ARCHERY AUSTRAL1A. These will be awarded and presented at the venues on completion of each event. If medals have to be forwarded after the event, any costs incurred will be at the competitor’s expense, except as approved by the Organising Committee.

PRACTICE
Practice prior to the Official Practice day is available at Grange Company of Target Archers new field at Samford Archery Park on 15 May, 2010. Please make contact with Alison Hagaman on 0409 260 837 or Brian Hagaman on 3289 6497.

PRESENTATION EVENING
The Presentation Event (buffet dinner) will be on Thursday 20 May 2010 following completion of shooting for the day at Mount Petrie Bowmen commencing at approximately 4.00 to 4.30pm

3.00pm Team Managers’ Meeting, followed by teams’ photos
1.00pm — 4.30 pm Registration, Official Practice and Equipment Inspection

9.00 am Target Championships --- day I (Practice from 8.15 am)

Friday 21 May
9.00 am Clout (double) Championships
All Divisions – Grange Company of Target Archers, Mt Samson Rd, Samford (Practice 2 ends of 6 arrows . Scoring ends commence immediately on the completion of practice ends)

Presentation of Medals will take place at Grange Company of Target Archers at the conclusion of shooting

RESULTS
It is the intention that the complete results will be available on the SQAS web site http://www.archerysqas.org.au/ after the completion of the tournament on Friday 24 May and also be published on the ARCHERY AUSTRALIA website.

Those looking for results on the Internet should be aware that because of the location of the events, publication of daily results on the website may take up to 48 hours.

RULES
All events will be conducted to FITA & ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Rules, as appropriate.

TEAM TROPHIES
Teams representing Recognised Governing Bodies are eligible to compete for the Aggregate Trophies and medals. The names of team members are required to be registered by the relevant RGB (or a duly authorised representative) with the Organising Committee by the completion of the Official Practice on Sunday, 16 May 2010.

CLOUT Grange Company of Target Archers, Mt Samson Rd, Samford

If heading from Ferny Grove travel to Samford and go right at the round-about onto Main St and travel through the village. About 500m north of the village along Mount Samson Rd turn in on the left at the glasshouses at the top of the hill, (i.e. the current Council Depot) and follow the signs.

TRANSPORT
Transport arrangements are the responsibility of entrants.

Online Registration

The online will open in a seperate window. Please ensure you have all information before you submit the form. Please ensure that spellings are correct as the information supplied is what will be used.

After you have submitted the form your name will appear on the list of Archers who have registered within a few minutes.
